Matt brings extensive experience in operational accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and M&A activities, excelling in deal modeling, negotiations, and post-close integration. He holds an active CPA license and both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting from Florida State University.

With over a decade of experience, including six years at PwC working with clients like Disney and Bloomin Brands, Matt honed his skills in audits and financial advisory. At TopBuild, he led the accounting department for three years and the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team for two years.

Matt's career is marked by his M&A expertise. At PwC, he reviewed due diligence assessments and post-close valuation reports. At TopBuild, he was involved in deal structuring, financial modeling, and negotiations, identifying acquisition targets and developing integration plans to maximize synergies post-close.

Luke joined Mayhugh Advisors in 2023, bringing 11 years of experience in property and asset management. He currently heads Mayhugh Management, the property management division at Mayhugh Advisors.

Prior to this role, Luke served as the Executive Director at Capital Consultants Management Corporation (CCMC), where he oversaw Babcock Ranch, FL. This renowned community is set to include 20,000 residential units and over 6 million square feet of commercial space. During his time at CCMC, Luke managed a team of over 60 employees, overseeing the Residential Association, Commercial Association, and field operations for the Community Development District (CDD) of the town. Before his tenure at Babcock Ranch, Luke managed large-scale, master-planned communities in Austin, TX, Plano, TX, and Tallahassee, FL.
