  I would like to thank Chase Mayhugh and his team for a fantastic job in listing and selling our commercial property in lee County, FL. We bought and developed the property in 1999. From that time on, I kept track of Chase and his communications on the sale and leasing of Industrial properties in Lee County. After Chase presented a thorough assessment of the market for sale and lease options, we decided to list the property for sale in 2023. Chase was able to acquire a contract from a national company for the property within 15 days achieving above-market pricing and setting PSF sale record in our corridor.
