  • Chuck Mayhugh,

    Broker & Owner – Senior Advisor

    Chuck Mayhugh, a Florida native, is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida. He has been a Fort Myers resident for 42 years and involved in large and small scale residential assemblages and entitlements as well as the Commercial field for 41 years. Chuck specializes in assisting his clients by offering and providing his knowledge and expertise in respect to: site selections, acquisitions and dispositions of real estate, assemblage of parcels for development, and assisting his clients through the entitlement process.

    Chuck’s business background began in retail at age 21 by opening two retail stores in Lee and Manatee Counties. He started in the real estate business by purchasing homes and vacant land in Fort Myers at 23. At 24 he attained his real estate license and began working for Broker Art Hamel of Gulf Coast Properties, who was also the Chairman of the Florida Real Estate Commission and later become a two term Mayor of Fort Myers. From the onset of Chuck’s real estate career, he strived to be well directed, informed and was mentored by truly an icon in the real estate business, Art Hamel and his unwavering ethics, honesty and integrity were mandatory in the workplace of this highly respected Fort Myers real estate office and continue to this day by Chuck and all his agents at Mayhugh Realty, Inc., now known as Mayhugh Commercial Advisors.

    Chuck has been married to his lovely wife, Cathy, for 41 years. They have a wonderful daughter, Jessica, a Florida school teacher and two beautiful grandchildren, Charlotte and Matthew. Chuck’s son, Chase Mayhugh, who obtained his real estate and Broker’s license at 23 years old and his CCIM designation at 28, is an extremely important asset to the real estate firm. Chuck is confident these same virtues which were instilled in him early in his career and now instilled in his Son, will continue the real estate tradition of providing professional real estate services to each and every one of their clients for a very long time.

    Chase is a third generation real estate practitioner, born and raised in Southwest Florida. Chase has a keen understanding for the local Real Estate market. Chase began his real estate career in 2003 and has been actively involved in sales, leasing and advisory services of commercial property in Southwest Florida. Chase has been recognized as one of the elites in his industry by receiving the Co Star Power Broker Award. His winning performance was measured against all the commercial real estate brokers active in the Southwest Florida region and ranked based on overall transaction volume. In October of 2010 Chase achieved the prestigious CCIM designation. Only 6 percent of the estimated 150,000 Commercial Real Estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation, which reflects not only the caliber of the program, but also why it’s one of the most coveted and respected designations in the industry.

    Chase has represented and negotiated transactions for multibillion dollar companies such as ABC Supply Co., TruGreen, Town and Country Industries, Hendricks Development Group, Service Masters and Privately Held REITS. Chase is currently an active member of the ULI Urban Land Institute, NAR National Association of Realtors and The Rotary Club of Fort Myers.

    REALTOR® – Sales Associate – Senior Advisor

    Bryan Burchers is a Florida native, born and raised in Punta Gorda, Florida and now resides in Cape Coral. He has over twelve years experience in real estate, specializing in commercial, vacant residential, acreage and real estate investment trusts. He is the son of one of Southwest Florida’s most prominent real estate developers, Sam Burchers, Jr., who was one of the original developers of Punta Gorda Isles. PGI was developed in 1959 as a waterfront community with over 55 miles of direct access canals situated on beautiful Charlotte Harbor.

    Bryan graduated from the University of Florida in 1984 with a degree in Business Finance and in 1992 he obtained an Accounting degree from the University of South Florida. In the mid 90’s,

    Bryan along with his father and brother started a publishing company called New Monic Books, Inc. They wrote and published a series of vocabulary building books called “Vocabulary Cartoons” which went on to become one of Amazon’s “Best Selling” vocabulary books with sales over 1,000,000 copies.

    Bryan has been happily married to his wife Mary Culleton-Burchers for over 27 years. Mary is a middle school counselor for Trafalgar Middle School for the last 10 years. They have two wonderful daughters, Elizabeth, who recently graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Health Administration and Laura who is currently studying Business Finance at UCF.
