Denise is a twenty-five year Lee County resident who has been helping people buy and sell real estate since 2003 with professionalism and compassion.

Denise is now a part of the Mayhugh Realty residential team contributing an additional specialty by offering her experience of working for Fountain Crest Retirement Community for seven years in representing seniors and in some cases, their families in providing helpful resources and exceptional service for making those important decisions in respect to keeping their love ones in their homes or helping them sell and move into senior living. Denise holds a “Senior’s Real Estate Specialist” designation to further compliment her experience in working with seniors.

Denise is committed to helping people find or sell that certain home or investment property by listening first to her client’s goals, then implementing a well thought strategic plan to assure the client maximizes their objective and reaches their real estate goal as quickly as possible.
