Bryan Burchers is a Florida native, born and raised in Punta Gorda, Florida and now resides in Cape Coral. He has over twelve years experience in real estate, specializing in commercial, vacant residential, acreage and real estate investment trusts. He is the son of one of Southwest Florida’s most prominent real estate developers, Sam Burchers, Jr., who was one of the original developers of Punta Gorda Isles. PGI was developed in 1959 as a waterfront community with over 55 miles of direct access canals situated on beautiful Charlotte Harbor.

Bryan graduated from the University of Florida in 1984 with a degree in Business Finance and in 1992 he obtained an Accounting degree from the University of South Florida. In the mid 90’s,

Bryan along with his father and brother started a publishing company called New Monic Books, Inc. They wrote and published a series of vocabulary building books called “Vocabulary Cartoons” which went on to become one of Amazon’s “Best Selling” vocabulary books with sales over 1,000,000 copies.

Bryan has been happily married to his wife Mary Culleton-Burchers for over 27 years. Mary is a middle school counselor for Trafalgar Middle School for the last 10 years. They have two wonderful daughters, Elizabeth, who recently graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Health Administration and Laura who is currently studying Business Finance at UCF.
