Bryan Burchers is a Southwest Florida native, born and raised in Punta Gorda and now resides in Cape Coral and has been involved in the Southwest Florida real estate market since 1985.

Bryan is a graduate of the University of Florida where he received a bachelor’s degrees in Finance and an Accounting degree from the University of South Florida.  He began his real estate career in 1985 specializing in commercial, vacant land, real estate investment trusts, and land development.  Bryan possess a strong family background in commercial real estate and development.  He is the son of one of Southwest Florida’s most prominent real estate developers, Sam Burchers, Jr., one of the original developers of Punta Gorda Isles.  PGI was developed in 1959 as a waterfront community with over 55 miles of direct access canals on beautiful Charlotte Harbor.

Bryan joined Mayhugh Commercial Advisors in 2015 and represents landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers of industrial, professional office, medical, retail, and vacant land properties.  Throughout his career, Bryan has developed valuable relationships by providing exceptional real estate services for his many clients.  He is continually expanding his knowledge and real estate expertise to better serve his clients in the Southwest Florida commercial real estate market.

Bryan has been happily married to his wife Mary Culleton-Burchers since 1988.  Mary is a middle school counselor at Trafalgar Middle School.  Together they have two wonderful daughters. Elizabeth Brust is the Executive Director of Life Care Center of Punta Gorda and is married to Matthew Brust a Business/Tax Attorney with Henderson Franklin, Attorneys at Law.  Laura Burchers is an Algebra Teacher, track, cross-country and swim coach at Charlotte High School.  On his spare time, Bryan is an avid boater, tennis player, and cycler.
